Realtime AI Mixer (RAM)
Realtime AI Mixer - a realtime AI image mixer built in vvvv with StreamDiffusion. V1 sales and licensing are paused.
What it is
RAM (Realtime AI Mixer) is a program that mixes AI-generated images in real time. It is built in vvvv gamma (a visual programming tool, vvvv.org) and uses StreamDiffusion, an open-source method that generates AI images fast enough for live use (StreamDiffusion). It comes as an app plus a separate AI Engine exe that does the image generation.
For us: RAM is the studio’s AI product, next to SpaceMusic. The latest build is 0.7 (August 2025). RAM V1 exists, but sales, licensing and work are paused. The helper libraries are by Tebjan Halm.
How to start
- Latest build: take the folder
250815_RAM EXE 0.7from05_RAM_RELEASES(see Find it). - Run its install/update batch for VL.StreamDiffusion, then the model download batch (downloads the Hugging Face models; needs disk space and time).
- Start
RealtimeAIMixer.exe, which uses the AI Engine exe next to it. The source is likely zipped in the same05_RAM_RELEASESfolder (not verified).
