WASP 40100

WASP 40100, a large delta 3D printer for clay and similar materials.

What it is

The WASP 40100 is a large delta 3D printer that extrudes clay, concrete and similar pastes instead of plastic, using an LDM (liquid deposition modelling) extruder (3dwasp.com).

For us: We ordered it from WASP in October 2022 for large clay prints, up to about 1 m high and 40 cm across. It came with an LDM extruder 3.0 with nozzles, a manual feeding system, three 5-litre clay tanks and a Simplify3D licence, and it needs compressed air (a small compressor). It is stored in a dry hall in Uitikon.
